paid for unlock but phone still locked to 3

paid for unlock code,and can use other simcards ,but phone is still locked to 3 in all other aspects.

i thought you would flash my phone in to factorymode completely

What do you mean can use other sim cards, but phone still locked? What error you receive when insert not original sim card to phone?
