merlin 730U can't found 900,1800 mhz

I use merlin 730U when insert sim 900 or 1800 mhz,It can't found 900,1800 mhz.but found only 1900mhz.How to solve this problem or weblink software for network scan such as sierra have all band scan software.Thank

I can solve this problem by up firmware was 27.2, Thank for david :)
