problem with websms

i'm trying to buy 10 credits
i've got a problem with websms..
when i send the sms with the good text at the good number, i've receiving a
sms who told me "vasha kartika http://service.smscoin.com/-/1453385184.png"

and, on your website, the color of the sign at the end of the line don't change

what i have to do ? i send a lot of sms and no response
