Misstyped IMEI. refund?

I misstyped an imei (more digits entered, i have the calculated wrong code). I think it has already happened with more users..
Can get refund ?

Sorry, refund can not be done. You enter imei and dc unlocker software calculated the code from imei that you entered.

If you mistyped 1 digit , then you can contact live support (manager), he will calculate again with correct imei for free.
